A les sessions de psicomotricitat, adquirim nocions espacials, temporals, de lateralitat relatives a nosaltres mateixos i a altres objectes. A més, ens ajuda a millorar la relació i comunicació amb el món que ens envolta.

Quan juguem, no només ens fem forts i hàbils per a moure'ns millor, sinó que també s'està formant el nostre cervell integrant i construint molts conceptes que ens faran falta en el futur.
